Delete your YourBD account

YourBD account and data deletion

You can permanently delete your YourBD account and the data associated with it from the app, or request deletion by email.

Delete your account in the app

Sign in to YourBD.
Open Account or Settings.
Select Delete account.
Confirm the deletion request.

Request deletion by email

Email support@yourbd.ai from the address connected to your YourBD account. Use the subject “YourBD account deletion request.” We may ask you to verify account ownership before completing the request.

Delete chats without deleting your account

Sign in to YourBD and open the chat you want to remove.
Open the chat menu and select Delete chat.
Confirm the deletion. The selected conversation is removed while your account remains active.

You may also email support@yourbd.ai to request deletion of specific account data without closing your account.

Data that is deleted

Your account profile and preferences.
Chat messages and conversation history.
Stories, saved content, and custom characters associated with the account.
Active subscription entitlements and service tokens associated with the account.

Deletion from active systems is completed within 30 days after a verified request.

Data that may be retained

Transaction and payment records may be retained when required for tax, accounting, fraud prevention, dispute resolution, or other legal obligations. Backups may remain for a limited period until they are overwritten under our normal backup cycle.
