How do I start chatting with a character?
Open the catalog or home page, choose a character, and click the card. The chat opens automatically.
Where do I enable Premium?
Open Account and choose a plan in the subscription block.
Why is a character not sending photos or voice?
Some media actions depend on relationship level, trust gates, and available account limits.
What happens when I delete a chat?
Its history and relationship progress are removed immediately. You can start a fresh chat with the character later.
How do I add a character or story to favorites?
Add characters from chat. Add stories with the "Add to favorites" button in stories or the library.
Are my chats saved after reload?
Yes, active chats and history are loaded from the server after you sign in.
Can I change the interface language?
Yes, choose a language from the flag menu in the top-right corner.
How do I contact support?
Open Account and use the support contact details in the subscription/payment block.

Premium subscription
Premium unlocks higher chat limits, story continuations, and unlimited custom characters while the subscription is active.
Auto-renewal and cancellation
App Store subscriptions renew automatically unless cancelled at least 24 hours before the end of the current period. You can manage or cancel the subscription in your Apple ID subscription settings.
Refunds
Purchases made through Apple are billed by Apple. Refund requests are handled through Apple Support and App Store purchase history.
